These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on teinza.com (the "Site"), operated by DIAS GONCALVES Cassandra, sole trader (micro-entreprise), registered address 65 Rue de la Gare, 94290 Villeneuve-le-Roi, France, SIREN 992 032 446. By placing an order on the Site, the customer ("you") accepts these Terms of Sale in full.
ARTICLE 1 — PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on teinza.com, regardless of the customer's country of residence. They govern the contractual relationship between Teinza and the customer from order placement through delivery and any applicable after-sales service.
ARTICLE 2 — PRODUCTS
Teinza offers cosmetic products, currently a pH-adaptive lipstick, as described on the Site. Product photos and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes; minor variations in shade or finish may occur due to individual skin chemistry, screen display settings, or manufacturing batches.
Teinza takes reasonable care to ensure product descriptions are accurate but cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors.
ARTICLE 3 — PRICES
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of all applicable French taxes. As Teinza operates under the VAT exemption scheme (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), no VAT is added to the displayed price.
Teinza reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT may apply upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Teinza has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.
ARTICLE 4 — ORDERS
Orders are placed directly on the Site. By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges having reviewed and accepted these Terms of Sale, the product description, and the total price including any applicable shipping costs.
An order confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer. Teinza reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock, in which case the customer will be notified and fully refunded.
ARTICLE 5 — PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of order and is processed securely through Shopify's payment system. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Teinza does not store any payment card information; all transactions are processed directly and securely by Shopify and its payment partners.
ARTICLE 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Teinza offers free worldwide shipping on all orders, as indicated on the Site. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on the destination.
Teinza is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, or events beyond its reasonable control (see Article 10 — Force Majeure).
As noted in Article 3, customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are charged separately by the destination country's authorities and are the customer's responsibility.
ARTICLE 7 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Customers residing in the European Union benefit from a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of their order, without providing any reason, in accordance with the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation).
Beyond this legal minimum, Teinza offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee to all customers worldwide: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging where possible.
To initiate a return or refund request, contact support@teinza.com. Return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error or defect on Teinza's part, are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe once the returned product is received and inspected, or once the refund is approved under the Money-Back Guarantee.
ARTICLE 8 — PRODUCT SAFETY AND ALLERGIES
As with any cosmetic product, Teinza recommends performing a patch test before first use. If any irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
Teinza's products are formulated and manufactured in compliance with the cosmetic safety regulations applicable in the markets where they are sold.
ARTICLE 9 — LIABILITY
Teinza's liability is limited to the price paid for the product(s) concerned. Teinza cannot be held liable for indirect damages, misuse of the product, or damages resulting from an allergic reaction not disclosed or reasonably foreseeable given the product's ingredient list.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer's country of residence.
ARTICLE 10 — FORCE MAJEURE
Teinza cannot be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations resulting from a force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or governmental restrictions.
ARTICLE 11 — PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data collected during the ordering process is described in Teinza's Privacy Policy, available on the Site.
ARTICLE 12 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, product design) remains the exclusive property of Teinza or its licensors, as detailed in the Site's Legal Notice.
ARTICLE 13 — APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer's country of residence, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of the seller's registered address, unless otherwise required by French or applicable local law.
